barclaycard sent me back a proforma relating to Morgan Stanley bank (whom they took over) with no signatures and talking about 2 different types of card, ie, standard and platinum, with 2 different apr,s. I say that is unenforcible, cos the actual interest rate of my card is unspecified and the rate of the lower one is more than 0.1% less than the higher one. Has anyone thought of that before?

Your response should be to put the account in dispute because of their failure to supply your credit agreement as requested. Here's a letter you could adapt and use - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...ml#post1821561
Read through other threads here in the BC forums to see what is going on with many similar cases.
