I have over the past year tried to get a refund of my PPI insurance on my loans and have gone through the relevant processes of the OFT etc. Today I received a Provisional Determination of my case advising that the complaint is NOT UPHELD.
Can someone who has a legal background please contact me to see if there is anything further I can do to strenghen my case against Lloyds TSB.
