Followed guide step by step both of the first two letters they refused to pay went onto the moneyclaim site filled out the necessary forms and paid the 50 quid this way im sure N&P new i was serious. Within a week they phoned and offered full settlement as long as i cancelled the case. I wrote to N & P stating that i would cancel the case once i had either full payment or a letter stating that they would pay. This i got, i wrote the court to cancel the case and today arrived a cheque for £460 not a kings ransom but it was a WIN......
Moral of the story is that it works just follow the guide and dont back down.
