    Default Barclaycard and harassment

    Has anyone any knowledge or any experience of any successful court claims against Barclaycard specifically on the issue of harassment? Maybe someone has followed through on a claim following issue of letters etc?

    Hi 100mel,

    Court claims of this nature are certainly rare AFAIK. I'm not aware of any in the past year or two.

    Generally, users find a way of getting BC and their DCAicon Cos to back off.

    Have you looked in the Harassment forum about this ?
