Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have requested my cca from B/C and the only response has been a set of current t/c 2008.
I have written to them putting account in dispute and have heard nothing since. In their letter which they include t/c they say we have complied with your request under section 78 of the consumer credit act.
Has any one had similar response or indeed received copy of cca.
