Where do I start??

Hi,

So - just joined up (hello!).

I'm considering a bank charges reclaim, but don't think they have charged me for much over the years.

Can you tell me how far back I can go with a possible claim?

I'll go off and start reading up on the procedures!

I would suggest you start right at the beginning by reading the FAQ'S
They are really informative, and ensure that you have at least a rough idea at what you are doing.
