can you help pls, i would like to claim a PPI refund from Natwest bank, i have contacted a company to do that for me because my english is not that good and i have no idea how to do it, but i am not sure about these companies, can u tell me if i should go a head and let them do it for me or should i try it on my own.

well my story is i have took a loan from Natwest bank in 2006 over 5000 pound and the bank sold me a PPI wich cost me nearly 2000 pound and with the intrest i should pay them over 8000 pound, i hve 3500 still to pay.
i need to know the process how to claim the ppi from the them, if any one can help me where to start and what to do.

First stop is the stickys at the top of this forum read as much as you can some excellent advice there courtesy of alanalana.

Next arm yourself with as much info as possible on your case remember information is power so if that entails sending of a S.A.R letter do it

Template SAR letter is in the stickys just edit to suit your needs.

Why pay a company to do this for you when all the help you need is here in abundance.
