I sent the std letter for a cca request and they failed to comply within the time limits. They did send a copy of terms and sate they are unable to supply o a copy of the agreement. I then sent the std account is in dispute letter. I have recently received 2 letters; they seem to be ignoring my dispute letter.
Here are the recent letters, is this letter a default notice can they do this while in dispute and what is the correct letter as I an uncertain from templates which letter to send next? What is the correct response when they fail to respond to a dispute letter?
