Thread: Alliance and Leicester agreement please help

hi all have just found my orig allience and liecester agreement with covering letter etc main agreement runs to 4 pages also sent payment protection agreement seperatly could someone please tell me if this agreement is enforcable or not as i am strugling to pay as only geting £55 JSA after deductions thanks and they expect £50 per month on arrangement PPI cost 0ver £2000 with intrest and i owe less than £4000 in total.

I can post orig letter recived also and PPI docs any help gratefully recived am supposed to pay arranged amount tommorow and i have not got it thanks
