Default How Much is "Public Transport Rate"?

If you are entitled to transport/travel costs at the "public transport rate", how much per mile is that?

As no ones replied the only advice I can give is that Civil Servants get 25p a mile public transport rate so presumably if youare claiming off a Government Dept it may well be the same.

IF I HAVE BEEN ANY HELP AT ALL OR JUST MADE YOU LAUGH AT MY STUPIDITY PLEASE MARK MY PERFORMANCE!

ALSO REMEMBER TO DONATE. EVERY LITTLE HELPS AND THE FORUMS ARE FOR YOU!

It depends what it's in regards to.

The jobcentre would refund the price of a return journey by public transport if it was an interview at the Jobcentre NOT on a normal attendance day - for example if a return ticket/daysaver on the bus costs 3 you'd get the 3.
