hi im just starting out do i send my dpa to my local branch or the head office ?

Hi Alana and welcome to the site.

You'd send the DPA request to your head office, or you can take it into your branch - if you do then get the staff to sign for receipt of the letter and £10 payment.

hi i have received the last 3 years statements , should i call and ask for the other 3 years before that ? im unsure what to do now .

Wow, you received them pretty quickly.
Give them a call and tell them you've only received half of what you asked for (if you requested 6 years icon

of statements that is).
They may have posted them in batches, I've seen that before on the forums, so you may receive the other half in a few days time. You have nothing to lose by phoning your bank and asking them though.

In the meantime, get the highlighter out and start logging those charges on the statements you do have (sounds like a chore, but it's actually strangely satisfying)

i received a letter today offering me £178 of £560 that im owed !!! they tell me in this letter that they will not give me fulll refund , what now ?
