Default Law on my side or Egg on my face?

    Hi Eggicon Caggers,

I have been buoyed by the success stories v Egg that I have seen on this forum but of the 5 credit card companies that I have CCA'd the Egg one is the worrying me the most. I CCA'd on 23rd July 2009 their reply was dated 8th August.

Here is a link to the docs I got back **EDITED** the agreement which does appear to be signed by me was accompanied by 31 pages of what seems to be pages of Egg's intranet. I have only included a scanned copy of one of these pages as I might not have much of a life but spending hours scanning webpages full of drivel isn't how I wish to spend all my time.

Any thoughts and comments as to the legitimacy/enforceability of this agreement would be greatly appreciated as it seems to me a little less straightforward than my other cases.

    Thanks in anticipation,

I hope you don't own the website those files have been uploaded to mate. If you do, I suggest you take the link down immediately. It might be beyond the average DCAicon but I can tell you right now who owns that site and their addresss

Beware of legal advice given on a private forum - do you REALLY know who is posting? Are they REALLY accountable for their posts? What if you follow their advice and get something wrong?
