soory if i am hijacking someones thread, but yesterday i found a list of template letters that where listed alphabetically and which dealt with issues outside of claiming charges bank.
the letter i am looking for is the one where you apply for the original signed agreement for your loan or credit card along with the fee of 1 pound, it was letter N in the list, but for the life of me i can find it.
as usual any help much appreiciated.
