The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

Hi all just started a claim for her indoors and her freemans account cover which was sold over the phone circa 2001 ,freemans final response is that they didnt have to tell anyone anything because they were not governed and that the claim is to old so the fos will not do anything about it, problem isd her indoors didnt know what it was until June 2009 . So its off to the FOS .
