Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
So basically i took out a loan with welcome in october 2006. aboot a year into the loan i was made redundant. I have nw got a dmp in place (in control) paing 50 a month (even though im on the dole and its killin me). The dmp people asked welcome if i had PPI or any other insuance, they said no. I have since found the oriinal paper work and i have infact ot ppi AND lifecare 24. I remeber aving a VERY brief phonecall with them and they basically said no ppi and lifecare no loan.
Does anybody now what my first action would be?
