Hey Guys

 

Need a little advice before i go back to Jennings and try for a refund for my GAP insurance money back, for the following reason:

 

I bought a new Seat Leon from Jennings Seat in October and paid a one off payment of £350 for GAP to protect the value of the car incase of an incident etc.

 

After a few weeks a went through all my documents and noticed i never had one bit of paperwork other than the receipt were i paid it to prove that i did have this cover.

 

I rang the dealer and explained the situation and he rang me back saying he had contacted the company who issues the paperwork and although they didnt tell him why they hadnt already got round to sending me the paperwork they told him they would put it the post that day.

 

That was 2-3 months ago, i have left msgs for the salesman, no response. Annoying thing is i dont even have the car now, i sold it on.

 

Basically, i wasnt happy because in my eyes i have paid £350 for something that ive never had.

 

Can i go back to the dealer with my situation and have the right to request a refund?
