Help With Advan Gold Fee`s Back Dated

I NEED HELP WITH DOING MY SPREAD SHEET I HAVE RECEIVED MY BANK STATEMENTS FOR THE LAST SIX YEARS UT Natwest HAVE ADDED THE UNARRANGED BORROWING FEE AND THE ADVANTAGE GOLD FEE TOGETHER AT THE END OF THE MONTH SO IM STRUGGLING TO WORK OUT HOW MUCH THE FEE ACTUALY WAS , I HAVE PHONED VARIOUS HELPLINES AND I JUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING IMFO.

OCTOBER 2002 TO MARCH 2004 ADVG FEE £6.00
APRIL 2004 TO MARCH 2005 ADVG FEE £9.00
APRIL 2005 TO MARCH 2006 ADVG FEE £10.00
APRIL 2006 TO PRESENT ADVG £12.00

PLEASE COULD ANYONE CONFIRM THIS IS CORRECT,,,PLEASE

I CANNOT DO MY PRELIM AND Breakdown OF COSTS WITHOUT IT.

Hiya I had to get my head round this problem as well... the prices and dates are correct.... I just took the fee off each time they lumped the unaranged borrowing fee and the advantage gold fee together... to make it easier to understand, on the spread sheet in the empty column I put in minus £9... or £10 advantage gold fee... it kept it right and when it goes to court you end up getting the interest icon

on the remaining money....

I downloaded the excel on since I have it on my machine and know how to use it... however Ive been told that the online one is really easy to use...

Hi, I did a claim for my son, I did not realise there was a charge for ADV Gold acc so I inadvertantly included it in his claim, got a bit worried but thought I would just see what happened. THEY PAID ALL I CLAIMED - I do not think they are checking the spreadsheets at all - I even sent Cobbetts copies of the bank statements cross referenced to the excel spreadsheet! Good luck - keep going - it is worth it in the end when that chq lands on the mat!!!!!!!!!! x

I love how from 2002 - 2004 the Advantage Gold fee remained the same for a whole two years and then every year since 2004 the fee has continued to go up and up. In just 2 years it's doubled since the original price!

When it goes over £12 I think I'll go back to a normal account.

Tell me about it, the charge is a service fee and they have added additional benefits to the product, for the life of me I cannot think what was added to raise the price from £9 to £10 but i do know they added mobile phone icon

insurance and id theft icon

protection to the latest rise. Yes I do, they changed the travel insurance from one provider to another.

in the ADGD pack sent re change in charge to £12 there is a number to call with the mobile number that activates the insurance. If you haven't got the number I can look it up for you
