Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Firstly let me apologise for posting this first of all in the Successful Claims thread, I was just so excited to be back on here ha ha
Anyway round three for me after two full claims settled in 2007, I am gunning for an old account here and going back until 1999 (well gonna try).
Waiting for my statements to come through then will get a lovely letter off to Abbey and email to Inga asking for my money back.
Does anyone know if you can claim back PPI, See if credit cards and loans are actually enforceable even if the accounts are now closed, I remember my CC issuers charging £30 a pop late fee blah blah before 2006 and I want that back too.
Thanks guys, you're the best
