Thumbs up Me V Natwest ***SETTLED IN FULL***

sent DPA request 5 weeks ago. Have had all statements from 2000 to date.
Prepared schedule of charges (less interesticon) and sent off a claim for £3,300 in bank charges one week ago.
I expect a full offer or its off to Court, a process that i would love. in fact in a way i hope they force me to go that route.
every dog has its day and I would love to have mine.

Success. Nat west paid in up full today by cheque from RBSicon via Cobblers.
A nice big cheque for £4,320.00 will be going in to my bank today.
Thanks to all at CAGicon. I have just donated around 1% of my refund (£40) to CAGicon, and sent out CAG details to loads of my contacts.
    Many Thanks again.

Yes dad doesn't like updating the site. As far as i am aware he had the aqicon and CPR18 requests then around 14days later he had full payment but im sure he will clarify this.

Cool Re: Me V Natwest bank

    Whoops. Information deficit.sorry.
    Claim filed 4th Sept 2006
Defence & CPR 18 sent to me on 3rd October 2006.
My response to thier defence sent to the court on 5th October 2006 (with updated total of charges attached)
Cobblers offered me around 50% of my total claim on 17th October 2006.
I rejected this by letter on 20th October 2006.
Cobblers copy of thier allocation questionnaireicon received by me on 23rd October 2006.
Letter from Cobblers enclosing full settlement dated 3rd November 2006 (note only two conditions, 1. Don't spread the word.....as if ????? and 2. Withdraw the claim. Nothing to sign and send back to say I agree to thier conditions etc. so i will just cash the cheque.
