Having had an account for years, I am obviously no longer any use to them other than as a cash cow given the number of charges they have decided to collect despite automated transactions crediting my account on the same day my DD's are due so enough is enough - the battle lines have been drawn
Charges so far this year alone are £245 so would be most welcome, esp with 8% interest if they take it that far
