For information, Premier Parking clampers were on the local BBC news this lunchtime with an extended report. I guess they'll be on again this evening.

They were at Dean Clarke House by the looks of it. Unclear signage, clamping of people whose tickets (on flimsy paper) had slipped down the windshield a bit. The usual disreputable practices.

Premier Parking were identified by the BBC as the carpark "owners" which sounds a little unlikely.
