EGG SAR - my complaint to Information Commissoners Office
Hello all,
I made a SAR some time ago to Egg, and this concerned 2 Credit card accounts and 1 loan agreement.
Anyway after alot of chasing i recieved a bundle of documents through from them.
This was about 85 days after my original request.
Upon checking all the documents it appears they haven't sent me any copy statements about one of the CC accounts, (this one did have PPI on it!)
Also there was various bits of other information missing.
So i complained to the ICO who wrote to egg etc etc and then after they completed their investigations they wrote back to me saying that basically egg had not complied with my request and they will write to them to tell them to treat my request as a priority.
Also they say i should contact the fos if i wish to begin the process of re-claiming charges ??
How can i ? I don't have all the documents i asked for?
I don't really know how to proceed with this one now.
Alli get from Egg are holidng letters saying they are dealing with my complaint ?
