Default What's the quickest way to get a list of my charges?

I don't keep my bank statements. What is the quickest way to get a list of charges made against me? Do I have to write the letter asking RBSicon for a list of charges or if I go into a branch can they give it me? I want to start the ball rolling and have been meaning to for a while.

Also, can anybody give me an idea what to expect from RBS once I make my claim? Will they make an offer fairly quickly or do they drag their heels? Will they offer me a tiny settlement or do they play ball?

    Cheers

    Rob

The success of any claim will depend on how you present your case for repayment.
You can do this in 2 ways.
Do it without much thought take short cuts and be unprepared will most likely have them drag your feet and not take you serious.

Or you can do it another way.
Get clued up know what you are doing and make them take notice.....this is the right way.

Ok ..first things first...read all the faqs at the top of the CAGicon main site page.
next do the same in the bag section.
Make sure tho that you digest what you read.

first step is to get your bank statements and I would ask you to find the answer to that before going further.

Theres no one can tell you when you can get your money.....but follow the right procedures and before the end of it you will have a pretty good idea.

    good luck
