Recieved all my statements from Natwest this morning,after looking through the statements I have noticed in September 2000 it states on my statement Excess Borrowing 4 days @ £3.50 = £14.00 charge.
Can I reclaim this charge?
I have looked through the FQA and numerous thread but I can not find the answer.

,account closed in 2004.Can I go back six years from when the account was closed or six years from present day.
