6 yearsicon from now, so you'd only be able to claim for 4 years.

Default Spartan Vs Natwest Help Needed

    Hi Folks,

Recieved all my statements from Natwesticon this morning, after looking through the statements I have noticed in September 2000 it states on my statement Excess Borrowing 4 days @ £3.50 = £14.00 charge.

    Can I reclaim this charge?

I have looked through the FQA and numerous thread but I can not find the answer.

Thanks in advance your help will be appreciated.

Just a thought I have 3 business accounts with Natwesticon 2 which have been closed and 1 which is still active.

Should I reclaim the unlawfull charges on one claim or three seperate claims?
