Thread: Time Retail Finance

Ok, so posted DPA on 18th July, had no account number but provided full name and address details. They have written to me today saying that they can't find me on their records and can I supply more details
Not sure what else they want!!

I wrote to them on the 24th with similar info - not heard back from them yet - also wrote to clydesdale with similar and they've given the same answer as you got from Time.

Their 40 days are up on 27th!, think they've forgotten about me!

Quick update, have heard nothing from Time so am sending the DPA non compliance letter.

Quick update, have finally received statements from time. Slightly disappointed (and very surprised) that there are no charges on my account but there is £100 on boyfs so will claim for this.

Hopefully my prelim will go saturday so should be about on the same track!, will keep you posted.. good luck!
