Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights

Can someone tell me when they hope to finish and get the results from the test case.I think if they paid everyone back there charges there would be more money pumped back into the ecomony this would help with the credit crunch,
I too would like an answer to this question. I was paid £2k of the money Barclays owed me, earlier this year, as a 'good will gesture' but they still owe me over £1k, and they said I wouldn't get it until the test case is over.
I offer help and advice in good faith, based on my knowledge and experience. I am NOT a legal or financial expert. There are many CAG members and site team who are better qualified. Please do not make major decisions based on my advice alone.I do not give advice via P.M's. If anyone can correct my mistakes or improve on my advice, please do.
Not sure what you are tring to achieve but I have had every Judicial case for a debt thrown out by law which is incredibly easy for me. By the way, I have dealt with most of the companies Solicitors, Barristers, Magistrates and Judges on here and none of them want to deal with me.
Wouldn't mind making a bit of commercial gain to be honest on helping you all as most of my work as been for free settling debts without the person in question having to do anything but either way I've been doing it for 6 years, recently been teaching Barristers and Judicial nominee's the law if that helps?
