    Eggicon agreements are always tricky as you do not know if these are front and back of the same page. If so, then they would be enforceable. If not, then they would be unenforceable.

    I am not an expert, but I can give good advice about Brighthouse

    Am learning more and more about DCA's too

    I have no legal experience and all advice given is based on the knowledge I've gained from this site.

    In which case should I be asking for an SARicon or does this make no difference but costs me £10 for the same info ?

    What about there terms, credit limit etc on the CC
