Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
On the 11th of July I was shocked to find that A&L had taken £25 from my not-overdrawn bank account stating that I had 'exeeded overdraft limit fee'. On the 10th of July the monday I had in my account was +45p. (See below)
Can someone tell me why this has happened? Are A&L allowed to do this? Is it possible that your overdraft can be a positive number? I'd really like some of this explaining to me, and what I can do to rectify this.
I would also like to add that I have no outstanding payments due to come out.
