    Default MeeBroke vs Barclaycard

As I haven't heard a sausage from MBNAicon in 3 months on my request for a CCA I have some time on my hands and am now going to pursue BC on a much smaller debt.

Doesn't seem like the CCA is the 'done thing' with BC though. Can someone suggest the way forward? I also need the correct address to address the letter(s).

    many thanks

    Hi MB,

Start with a CCA request to BC at their Northants address on your statement.

They'll not supply it usually, as you'll have read from other threads here.

Are there any charges to reclaim on this a/c.
