Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
As I haven't heard a sausage from MBNA in 3 months on my request for a CCA I have some time on my hands and am now going to pursue BC on a much smaller debt.
Doesn't seem like the CCA is the 'done thing' with BC though. Can someone suggest the way forward? I also need the correct address to address the letter(s).
