Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have had defaults registered when accounts were in dispute under CCA - with requests for data outstanding.
I challenged this with Experian Credit Expert (am a member) - they said they would enter a notice of dispute but nothing seems to have appeared on my file - just lots of missed payments (which are screwing up my credit score) - if the credit card companies don't have the right to register this whilst the debt is disputed, what can I do to remove the information from file?
