    Hi I am a first time user of this forum can anyone tell me if the method of claiming PPIicon refunds similar in scotland and what is the process i have had claims on 3 loans refused by lloydstsbicon (blackhorse) any advice would be most welcome

    Hiya James,

    Yes same process, you say that you have had 3 claims refused do you have a final response letter from lloydstsbicon.

    If you have then you are at liberty to take you complaint to the Ombudsmanicon.
