Just Received A Copy Of My RBS Cc Cca, There Does Not Appear To Be Any Prescribed Terms, But Apart From That The Box Where PPI Is To Be Included Has Not Been Ticked, I Have Been Paying This Since 1996, I Have Now Wrote To Them Claiming This Back I Have Also Asked For This To Be Paid By Cheque, Can They Take This Off My Balance Or Can I Demand A Cheque?
