Hi, First let me say thank you for taking time to read this post. I cca'd a Mint credit card in june any recieved this agreement from them and I dont know if its enforceable or not. It contains 3 pages with a reference number at the bottom of each page. Also it was an internet application and I dont know if this makes a difference or not. The agreement is from january 2006. I am struggling with payments on this and other cards but Mint keep reducing my credit limit to just above what I owe. I am just managing to make payments but soon I wont be able to as my wage is dropping by 20%. My concern is that as they keep reducing the limit, soon I am going to be faced with a load of charges taking me over the limit.
Could anyone please look over this agreement and possibly advise me if I am doomed or not
Many thanks in advance
regards
b
