Enforcement CCTV uses a system that syncs the recording with the 'rugby' clock its usually JAI stree[EDIT - PLEASE REFRAIN FROM PERSONAL ABUSE]ch so its vitually impossible to get the time wrong. If there are no photos you can ask to check the video and the time will be in the corner of the screen.
