Sent the normal Data Protcetion Act letter to Barclaycard.
They supplied me with information from May 2004 and said that if i want dates before that i would have to pay £3 per statement ? So if thats one statement per month that would be £ 144.00 !?!
They have said it does not fall under the Data Protection Act because they are stored on microfiche in date order.
Barclaycard - Can they do that ?
