i have first hearing on tuesday and i am worried sick , if i tell our cercamstances and offer extra payment on top of mortgat will they let me stay i have 2 kids and no where to go , my hubby was out of work for 18 month but got a job 2 months ago and we have been paying every penny we have off it since then , i had to give up work 2 years ago as well as i have addisons disease and just started getting benefits i didnt know i was entitled to . what do you think will happen? thanks
If you can afford to pay something off the arrears regulary and keep up the current payments, and be expected to settle the mortgage over it's term, then there is no reason why a suspended reposession order wouldn't be given.
