Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi all first time posting so hope i am doing it in the right section hehe,
Ok i sent a CCA request to BOS and i got the attached files as a reply from Halifax, they are a covering letter from Halifax and the front and (what looks like) the back of what they call Your Priority Reservation Form, Halifax also sent the normal T & C's and the Credit Card Agreement Regulated By The Consumer Credit Act 1974 blah blah blah, but that is lots of pages and none of them have a signature on any of them, the only thing with a signature on it is the front of the Your Priority Reservation Form, and the only reference to the back of this Your Priority Reservation Form is at the top right hand of the form under some win a trip..... advert so not sure if this is an enforceable CCA, any help on this matter would be very much appreciated. thank you
Cat .
