Hello all,
My wife signed up for Toucan broadband and telephone last October as we received high comments on them. True to what we heard it was set up quickly with no issues what so ever.
However, after a few months we where advised that all services where now being transfered to Pipex, been with them before and werent happy.
Asked if we could cancel as we never signed up for Pipex and was told no as I minimum contract was being operated by them.
Oh well carry on. After a few months another email advising that Pipex was transfering it servies to Tiscali, S**t, been with them in the past as well and couldnt get on with them. Told Pipex not happy, transfered from Toucan to them and now to Tiscali who's been plastered all over watchdog. Told Tiscali would continue the contract and cancellation fee would be payable if cancelled. Rather annoyed at this.
After a matter of month Pipex / Tiscali advised our services are now being transfered to talktalk for the broadband side, now really pis*ed, been with these and neva got broadband going and endless DCA's chasing for months until I really lost the plot with them.
Anyways, told my wife the other day enoughs enough, less then 12 months and moved from pillar to post and to cancel the direct debit, in a nut shell balls to em.
Surely a company cant keep moving you from one to another like this?
