    Default Argos Store Card - statements/claiming

    I have received my list of charges from Argos Card Services today and i really dont understand it.

    What can i claim for or do i need to contact Argos for more information,

    Purchased
    Payments
    Financial Charges
    Other Debits
    Other Credits
    Returns
    Diputes
    Disputes Released

    Please can someone either explain what they mean or which i can claim.

    I don't know what these refer to. You cna reclaim 3 types of charges:

    1. late payment charges
    2. charges applied if you go over your credit limit
    3. charges applied if a DD is 'bounced' - may be the same as a late payment charge in effect
