We had our insulation done by warmfront and about 2 months ago the boiler broke down, last week we had a technical survey done and we have been told we need a new boiler. We have had no hot water ot heating(though heating does not matter at the moment) for 2 months.
I have searched everywhere for the answer to my query but can not find it, so would be grateful if anyone can help.
My husband is on IBJSA and we have 4 children, obviously my husband needs to look for work due to JSA rules and he has found a job, which he starts soon. Will we lose our entitlement to the the remainder of the warmfront grant for our new boiler?
