interestingly did you hear the bit about PH and the carpark fines.
.he said you had to pay them by law, and didn't say anything about it all being a [problem] at all.
though i suppose a prime time tv prog could actually put them all out of business in one go if they did say that as no- one would ever pay anything bar a true pcn again!!

I've only ever watched this man once - typical journalism; never let the truth cloud a good story!
If any of these idiots on TV and Radio ever told the truth, they would put their "subjects" out of business, and that would be killing the goose that lays the golden Egg.
