Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have an on going court case with my commercial landlord and are waiting for a court hearing date, the lease is in my own name as he would not make it to my ltd company however I have today found that the landlord has changed the lock on the property over the weekend, loocking in goods which we were in the process of emptying to be able to hand over the keys tomorrow the 30th.
I am aware that he can enforce peaceful repossession(changing of locks), should he not have informed the company of his intentions prior to this action?
