Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

Otherwise, here's my question: after almost 5 years my family and me have to relocate from Dorset to Surrey. House hunting can be a nightmare.
So the agencies in greneral charge a fee to take the property off the market if you want to go for it.
They also do a credit check (rating) after this amount has been paid. So if there is a little (no one is safe from this) black spot on your record, the landlord might reject from a letting contract. Theoretically.
In this case, is the fee refundable ?
What kind of credit check Agencies do ?
