Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Not sure if this is the right place for this question but it seemed the closest category available.
A couple of weeks ago I noticed that Google camera van doing the rounds of my village. I live on the corner of a public road and an unadopted lane. They turned down the unadopted lane to film the houses down it which means they didn't just film the front of my house, they filmed the whole back garden too. I wouldn't mind the front of my house being on their street view thing but I am worried about access details to the side and back being available to the world.
I think I can ask for my property details to be removed but I have no idea how to a. check when my house is included and b. get it removed. Can anyone give me some idea how to go about it?
Thanks Scott and it's kind of you to assume a knowledge I don't have In real noddy terms how do I find this blasted site and then find my house on it please. I've seen the publicity stuff on the news but have no idea how to access it.
Stick in 'Google street veiw' on your search facility, put in your address, then you can walk about your street, happy as larry, see what your neighbours are up to
