Resigned from employment prior to investigation - really need advice!

I really could do with some advice if anyone can help.
I resigned before a disciplinary for gross misconduct took place in my part time job which I had for about 9years. I only worked there 10-15 hrs a wk for the last 3 years and had a clean record for all my time there, never got into any trouble.
I was a Supervisor and a key holder, and I was suspended from work over allegations that I did not follow till procedures correctly, thats all they told me in the interview when they suspended me. They had no evidence at this time and couldn't answer any questions when I asked them under what basis it came from. They took notes of the minutes but I never got to see what was written down or never signed them (a running theme from all interviews they have done in this investigation).
For the 3 days before and for the week after the suspension, my bosses serached through every segment of CCTV they had on file and found that I was guilty of giving other staff members "special" discount and the computer till records backed up their theory.
The investigation led to an initial 3 members of staff being called into work while they were off, under false pretences that they really needed a hand as they were short staffed and that they'd be doing a massive favour. However, all 3 were brought in at different times and each were shown cctv of them receiving goods at a lesser value from me. A computer generated till receipt was also shown to them. They were put on the spot and interrogated with no prior warning, and all 3 denied the accusations. The following day, 2 of them resigned as they had called names to the managers that would have made it impossible to return to work. I then resigned also as I am guilty of doing it, but so do all the other supervisors so i'm the unlucky one whos been caught.
Since then the person who didnt resign was joined by 2 other members on suspension over the same allegations. These 3 staff members were then sacked today. However, when one of the people who was sacked said in the interview that he was going to fight them for unfair dismissal, they responded by saying they had no more dealings with him and the matter was now in the police's hands. They then followed up by saying but it was not for him for someone else. That could only mean me.
From all i've checked up and from any other advice i've got i'm certain my employer has not followed the employment law in a lot of this case, and surely watching every segment of cctv for anything to happen is a breach of human rights, coupled with the fact they never disclosed what they were investigating and never once wrote to me to detail these allegations. I never even got a letter to say I was suspended!!
All I have heard from the company in over a wk since my resignation is my P45 and last wageslip.
Do you think there is a case here to prosecute? If so what is the likely outcome? I am at my wits end over this, I can barely eat and have lost over a stone with worry in the last 3 wks this has been going on. Any advice greatly appreciated.

All I done was gave a lot of discount to the other staff members, and have never "stolen" anything i.e. never walked out of the shop with anything I hadn't paid for. All the supervisors give extra discount, however, I am the only supervisor caught up in this investigation.

providing it wasn't to yourself, all I can see is you may have broke the rules and they kicked you out. You didn't gain anything yourself from it.
