Having adverse credit history relating to bank charges removed from CRAs
Hi,
Sorry if this has been asking a zillion times before.
I recently signed up to the free credit watch silver that Capital One give to all customers and was a bit annoyed to see two old bank accounts that were closed after getting fed up with their unfair bank charges.
I see you can get them removed possibly if they're 'in dispute'. I've not actually asked for the charges back as of yet due to the stay on all cases. I was wondering what my best course of action would be to get these removed?
1. Ask for charges back disupting them.
2. Then start the process of getting it removed from CRAs as it's disupted.
