    Default Help with this BT bill

    I have a BT line so i pay my line rental to BT every 3 month when they send me a bill.


    I have sky tv with the broadband and unlimited phone callsicon so the only thing i should be paying bt is for my line rental but they seem to be charging me for calls aswell. I just don't understand this bill.


    I know they have charged me for being reconnected due to me being late with my bill a few month ago so that i understand. but they seem to be charging me for calls and i pay sky for those.

    They have made an error. Haver you ccontacted both BT & Sky?

    You need to lower your BT package to the "Unlimited Weekend Plan". If you are still within the minimum term of the "Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan" you may have to pay the remainder of the minimum term

    Before I found CAG I was really indecisive. Now I'm not so sure...!
