    Default Taking advantage

I have a bit of a problem at work. I am a night manager, and receptionists and a front of house manager take over from me at 7am, the problem is, all of them are always late, between 5 and 25 minutes late every single day. I've been here nearly 6 months. Now the hotel business you accept more hours than most other industries, but the fact is, the only reason I am kept here is because I have to wait for people to bother their asses to get in on time.

Here is the dilemma, the front of house manager, my manager, is a lovely lady, but if she comes in late, you cannot blame the rest of the team for coming in late if that is the example she is setting. The other problem is that I came in late once and it created world war 3. I don't know what to do, but I am sitting here some mornings getting so wound up about it.

How should I handle this situation?

I would meet with a manager above her to discuss the problems. Thats the only thing I can really suggest!

I would meet with her first and explain the difficulties her behaviour is causing.
