Thread: need advice

the company i work for is trying to sell off the part of the company that i work in.we have been told that if a suitable buyer can be found my i would have to work for the new company if this is so then i will lose pension rights and holiday rights as i have worked for the company for over 10 yrs.can i be forced to change employers even though my original company will continue trading and if i have to move will i be due compensation.

You should be covered under the TUPE regulations. Read up on these.
