Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Many years ago I had a CC run by the EASY company (easyjet etc) called easymoney. This closed and it was taken over by Loyds TSB, and I since defaulted......
I have since paid off the card in full after a few years of minimum payments......
Question..... can i still ask for the CCA and perhaps claim back an monies paid??
What are the chances of success?? I need all the cash I can get right now!!
Re: CC Company changed / paid off but can I claim?
i donlt see what a cca would do for you if it has been paid but you certainly can claim back any unfair charges
